HR's Rising Stars Nomination Form

  • All fields are required unless noted.
    Nomination deadline: March 8, 2021
  • Nominators must be:
    • The senior-most HR executive for their organizations or operating companies/units
    • Senior executives and officers of the organization
    • Consultants and representatives with supplier organizations (must submit a signed endorsement from the candidate's employer)
    • Candidates themselves (must submit a letter of recommendation from their supervisor).
  • All candidates must head a major HR discipline or be the second-highest-ranked HR executive at the organization, have 4-10 years of experience in HR or a related field and have been employed at their current organization for at least one year.

  • Tell us below about this candidate’s three most successful accomplishments in the past 12-18 months. In addition to details about the project itself, judges would like to learn how the nominee demonstrated leadership, initiative and results-oriented drive to further the organization’s goals through this work.
