HR's Rising Stars Nomination Form

  • All fields are required unless noted. Responses should be no more than 200 words.
    Nominations due: Feb 28, 2020
  • Nominators must be:
    • The senior-most HR executive for their organizations or operating companies/units
    • Senior executives and officers of the organization
    • Consultants and representatives with supplier organizations (must submit a signed endorsement from the candidate's employer)
    • Candidates themselves (must submit a letter of recommendation from their supervisor).
  • Describe three specific examples of accomplishments that best illustrate the candidate's personal initiative, leadership characteristics, courage under fire and results-oriented drive to further the organization's goals. We are looking for solutions or projects that candidates proposed, pushed toward corporate-wide buy-in and/or handled themselves (i.e., their own claims to fame). Please include the scope of impact this candidate's application of HR had within his/her organization. Did the strategy make a measurable difference and solve the problem? How was that determined?
