In fact, Giffin says, since remote/hybrid work models are here to stay, wellness tools that connect employees regardless of location will be a “need-to-have,” not a “nice-to-have” solution.

“More employees currently work under a hybrid model, and the number of employees who will continue to work in these conditions is predicted to double compared to before the pandemic,” she adds. “Corporate wellness strategies must adapt to stay relevant to these changing employee lifestyles.”
