Sania Khan is the chief economist and head of market insights at Eightfold AI, where she works closely to identify the inflection points, risks and opportunities that arise in the labor market, and provides forward-looking analyses of economic trends and their impact on talent. Prior to joining Eightfold, Sania worked nearly a decade as senior economist for the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, where she oversaw the nation’s largest data collection program (QCEW) that collects industry, employment, and wage information for U.S. businesses.
