Mimi Turner

Mimi is the vice president of Executive Search at the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), where she leads a team focused on expanding the executive search practice. With a career that spans more than 20 years, Mimi’s roles have bridged marketing and talent acquisition. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, as well as a master’s degree from the Presidio Graduate School. She is passionate about people, building strong and diverse teams, data, innovation, and experimentation.
