Mark Tortora is a Partner at Brown & Brown. In this role, Mark provides consulting insights and services across the employer health and welfare benefits spectrum, focusing on multi-year strategic planning, plan funding and analytics, population health management strategies and vendor measurement strategy. Mark currently leads Brown & Brown’s health care system vertical team and supports the firm’s pharmacy consulting team.
