165+: Number of exhibitors at HR Tech

More than 165 exhibitors are participating in HRE’s HR Technology Conference & Expo, which is being held virtually Oct. 27-30. Register for free here.

What it means for HR leaders

Although the annual HR Tech conference has gone virtual, participants still have the opportunity to visit dozens of HR companies during the event. At the exhibitor section of the conference platform, professionals can watch videos, get information, download resources, chat or book a meeting with company representatives and more. The exhibitors represent a number of HR product categories, including applicant tracking systems, benefits administration software, candidate testing and assessment, compliance technology, employee communications/collaboration tools, learning/development, onboarding systems, payroll, time and attendance, video interviewing and more.

Technology has always played a role in the human resource function, but COVID-19–which has driven an increase in support for remote work and support for the technology needed to manage reopening requirements–has made that even more important. New research from Valoir and HR Executive, in fact, finds that more than a quarter of HR professionals (27%) reported an increase in HR technology budgets since the beginning of 2020.
