Why we liked it
Paycom has made a significant enhancement to its HCM platform with the launch of IWant, which provides instant and accurate access to people data all via a simple text or voice interface. Paycom has introduced this new AI-powered capability to augment its integrated HCM platform, making the process of finding important people data more direct, easier for the user and faster, all while leveraging the inherent data privacy and security features of the Paycom system. The IWant solution fills an increasingly crucial functional capability for enterprise systems. We especially liked Paycom’s concept of “Executive Mode,” a simple, text-based interface and portal to the HCM system designed to make access to data and insights simpler and easier for executives and leaders, who often don’t have the time to learn complex HR systems and reporting tools.
