Why we like it: As anticipated, we saw a good bit of generative AI in HR tech products and concepts, and Phenom X+ was among the best on what was a rather long list. The challenge for some of these generative AI tools is translating complex technology into actionable functionality, and we felt Phenom X+ excelled in this area. We particularly liked its ability to generate tailored candidate outreach emails, offer transcription capability and provide job interview summaries. Plenty of additional applications of generative AI technology are available across the Phenom suite, and Phenom X+ is one of the most comprehensive and ambitious expressions of using AI to solve an organization’s HR and talent challenges.
