Yolanda Seals-Coffield

Yolanda Seals-Coffield is the PwC US Chief People and Inclusion Officer. As a principal who has been with the firm for over 13 years, Yolanda has worked with teams across every aspect of the employee experience. In 2022, Yolanda launched My+, the firm’s biggest and boldest reimagination of its people experience. Before joining the US Leadership Team, she was the firm’s Chief Employment Counsel and also previously served as president of the PwC Charitable Foundation, Inc. Outside of work, Yolanda is an active leader in the Stamford Norwalk Chapter of Jack & Jill of America, Inc. and the Fairfield County Chapter of The Links Inc. Yolanda received her JD from the Boston University School of Law, where she was a Martin Luther King, Jr. Fellow and a staff editor of the Public Interest Law Journal. She is a proud graduate of Howard University, where she received her BA.
