Andrea Cooper

Andrea Cooper is a human resources executive with more than 20 years of employee engagement experience and is chief people officer at Talkspace, the leading virtual behavioral healthcare company committed to helping people lead healthier, happier lives through access to therapy and psychiatry. As a longtime Walmart employee, she developed a broad range of human resources skills, including global HR, learning and development, labor relations, diversity & inclusion and strong business partnership. She has also served at Amazon, CUNA Mutual and run her own consulting practice (Flourish).
