Winners coming soon: 2024 Top HR Tech Products of the Year

The challenges of leading a business and heading up an HR department haven’t waned over the past year. Many CHROs say that they’ve been busier than ever and that they want technology to deliver like never before. According to Mercer’s most recent Voice of the CHRO survey, more than three in four respondents expect technology and automation to become more prevalent in the coming year.

In other words, HR tech is more important than ever. However, buyers are also more discriminating, hunting for platforms that can support decision-making, improve productivity, elevate employee experience and support the goals of a sophisticated human resource practice.

With this in mind, Human Resource Executive® and the HR Technology Conference & Exposition have joined forces again this year to showcase and highlight new and innovative solutions via the annual Top HR Tech Products of the Year competition.

The submission deadline has passed. Stay tuned for this year’s winners and look out for the 2025 Top Products submission invitation early next year.

To qualify, the HR tools need to have been developed within the past year and must be generally available by September 2024. Entries will be evaluated on the level of innovation they bring to the HR technology arena, with a focus on how these tools are pioneering new approaches and producing tangible outcomes.
