He’ll be sharing on the benefits of a “future-forward” workplace environment that encourages exploration and experimentation to meet the challenges of digital transformation.
Pferdt leads a talent global innovation team at ‘Big Four’ tech giant Google, which catalyses creative thinking and trains people on how to build a better future through technology—so it’s safe to say he knows a thing or two about thriving in a world of rapid advances.
Dr. CJ Meadows will also be on hand for a deep dive into design thinking in the business world. Meadows is a Professor of Design Thinking at SP Jain School of Business, where she leads an Innovation Centre that creates growth initiatives intersecting technology, business strategy and design.
During her At the CxO Symposium session, she’ll unravel the merits of human-centered design in workforce management, and share practical tools and techniques.
The Asia-Pacific debut of the celebrated Women in HR Technology conference is poised to be a highlight of this year’s Festival.
This “conference within a conference” will take place at the HR Tech stage, located in the bustling Expo Hall. Jeanne Achille, Founder and CEO of the Devon Group in the US, will host the event, introducing the stellar panel of speakers and panelists lined up.
Achille is an HR technology expert with more than 25 years of experience, having helped design and launch thousands of technology products in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, payroll, mobility, performance management and succession planning.
Rounding up the roster of industry heavyweights on stage at HR Festival Asia are Josh Bersin, Jason Averbook and John Sumser.
Industry analyst and founder of Bersin by Deloitte Josh Bersin will deliver the closing keynote to the Festival. Drawing on data gathered from throughout Asia and the globe he’ll explain how the workforce is changing in this part of the world, and the ways employers themselves will need to evolve.
