Organizers have revealed a second round of must-see speakers who will be presenting at HR Festival Asia this year.
Joining the globally-renowned trio of Josh Bersin, John Sumser and Jason Averbook–see this story from November last year–will be a vast selection of Asia-based experts, thought leaders and practitioners ready to deliver key learning experiences for delegates from across the region.
CJ Meadows, professor of design thinking at the SP Jain School of Business, will be presenting in the CxO Sympsoium on the first day of the festival. She will be sharing exclusive insights on the value that organizations can achieve using design thinking, particularly in the new technology-driven world of work.
Also appearing in the CxO Symposium is Singapore’s leading HR professional in the public service. Low Peck Kem, chief HR officer and senior director (workforce development) within the Singapore Public Service Division–Prime Minister’s office, will speak about “managing the tech race” and striking a balance between people and technology.
Aye Wee Yap, senior vice president and head of learning and development with OCBC Bank will be a key part of the talent management and recruitment track, sharing why and how the OCBC campus has been challenging conventional learning practices. And Michael Kim, head of HR in Asia-Pacific for Spotify, will also be presenting on the talent management stage, exploring new-age performance development strategies.
Annie Lim, global lead for diversity and inclusion at Sanofi, will speak as part of the recruit and engage track. She will outline how Diversity and Inclusion can play a key role in HR processes and contribute to an organization’s success.
