We appreciate that this product is appealing and intuitive, with the potential to engage employees effectively. Oracle Grow is designed for easy adoption, and we observed similarities between its performance and the apps and systems people use outside of work. For instance, the interface has an attractive “Netflix-like” design that employees will likely enjoy.
