AI investment has been built around quantitative technology while it's evaluated with qualitative HR metrics, a gap that costs billions.

Users are spending as much effort managing workplace AI as they are benefiting from it, according to new research from HERE Enterprise.

"AI is quickly becoming part of how work gets done, but these findings show workers do not want it to have the final say in workplace decisions," said Keith Spencer, career expert at Resume Now.

While companies are diving in full on to adopt AI, workers are a bit slower in taking up the cause, and the result will be telling.
