Megan Berki joined Rocket Lawyer in 2020 as the Vice President of People Operations. As the leader of this group, she is responsible for architecting a Global Talent Philosophy foundation to organizational growth and efficiency through processes, programs and people. For nearly 15 years, she has helped a number of Bay Area technology companies strategically leverage the most critical resources of a business: its people. This experience includes talent acquisition in competitive markets, talent management and development for the growth of the organization and development of the People function as a strategic partner to the business. She has held leadership positions with Meltwater, Vendavo, Apttus and Accela.
