Chris Tatarka, Ph.D., is a leadership trainer, organizational development consultant and adjunct faculty member. With more than 35 years of military and federal service, he specializes in leadership development, organizational effectiveness and analytics. He has led large, mission-critical teams, including a 180-person organization during Operation Iraqi Freedom and has taught across military, academic and industry environments. Chris holds a Ph.D. in business administration, master’s degrees in psychology and public administration, and is a certified emotional intelligence trainer and coach.
