At HR Tech last week, HR Executive queried a half-dozen HR leaders about their major pain points.

Chris Bodlovic, vice president of people strategy and operations at Discount Tire, cited AI compliance and regulations as a major challenge, while Kimberly Moton, managing director of talent acquisition and outreach at Harvard University, referenced the competitive landscape for talent acquisition as her largest pain point.

Another HR leader, Christine Luchetti, vice president of HR transformation at publisher Taylor & Francis, pointed to unlocking the ability for HR team members to ask questions—regardless of whether they think it’s the wrong question—as a significant obstacle.

Hear how they and other HR leaders address their pain points in this video interview conducted at HR Tech.
