Why we like it: This is a useful tool that fills an unmet need without much fuss. It helps solve a particular problem that doesn’t necessarily affect all organizations but can get overlooked. We especially liked the sliders to help create the schedule and the “scoring” for schedules that provide feedback to managers in real-time. Also useful are the alerts and notifications for managers when conflicts or compliance concerns arise.
