Thirteen products were named Top HR Products of the Year by Human Resource Executive and the HR Tech Conference. These products represent innovation at the intersection of human resources and technology and are moving HR forward. This is one of the 13 winners: Time-Off Requests, featuring GONE®.What it is: For 25 years, Paycom has simplified businesses and the lives of their employees with easy-to-use HR and payroll technology to empower transparency through direct access to their data. With its industry-first solution, Beti®, employees now do their own payroll and are guided to find and fix costly errors before payroll submission. From onboarding and benefits enrollment to talent management and more, Paycom's software streamlines processes, drives efficiencies and gives employees power over their own HR information, all in a single app.Why we like it: The weakest link in any system is often a manual process, and many HR teams still handle time-off requests manually. We were impressed by Time-Off Requests, featuring GONE, which uses automated decision-making to balance employee requests, company policies, scheduling conditions and other customizable rules. We also appreciated that HR teams can use analytics to proactively manage their PTO liability, helping to prevent workforce gaps. Although this functionality is not available as a stand-alone product and is exclusive to Paycom clients, we recognize that this limitation ensures employers benefit from a true single database, eliminating the need to integrate disparate systems.See also: HR Tech and Human Resource Executive announce the Top HR Tech Products of 2024
