Report: Navigating the deferred care crisis
Navigating the deferred care crisis
Deferred care is on the rise resulting from COVID-19. The CDC estimates that around 4 in 10 U.S. adults skipped or postponed medical care during the pandemic. Yet, 65% of workers would give up bonuses, vacation, and flexible hours for better healthcare benefits. To learn more about this issue, One Medical partnered with independent research firm Workplace Intelligence to conduct a survey which assessed extent of care avoidance, employee health priorities and their expectations for their healthcare benefits, and the role they want their primary care providers to play in helping them move forward.
