At Wednesday afternoon’s third round of competition, judges and audience members voted PILOT Coaching, which provides software-based coaching, and Atlas, a provider of cloud-based HCM technology, as the last two finalists in the match-up—following competitions this morning and last night. The two start-ups will join the four others from the previous two rounds for a showdown at 10 a.m. on Thursday, where each will have another opportunity to showcase their products before the winner is unveiled.

Each of this afternoon’s 10 competitors had three minutes to “pitch” their product, followed by two minutes of questions and answers from judges Tim Sackett, Paul Jacquin and Robby Peters.

More than 100 start-ups applied to compete in this year’s Pitchfest, many of which will be showcased at the Start-Up Pavilion, open on the HR Tech expo floor through Thursday afternoon.
