#HBLChat to explore regulatory impacts to employee benefits

On Jan. 1, we entered a landmark political year. With a presidential election, as well as ballot measures impacting healthcare and the workplace, Americans are in for a whirlwind year.

But what can HR leaders expect from the national political discussions as they make their way from a ballot to the office? Join HRE on Wednesday, Jan. 29 for a Twitter chat with the American Benefits Council on regulatory and legislative changes impacting employee benefit plans employers should keep on their radar.

The chat will be in advance of ABC President Jim Klein’s keynote address at HRE’s Health & Benefits Leadership Conference in April. Klein’s session, “What to Know About Benefits Policy in a Presidential Election Year,” will address what’s at stake for employer plan sponsors and benefits professionals in the run-up to the election and in the resulting political landscape.
