Alden Bianchi, partner at McDermott Will & Emery, is an employee benefits and executive compensation lawyer who advises a wide range of clients on retirement, health and welfare plans. He represented the Romney administration during the 2006 Massachusetts healthcare reform and testified before the Senate Finance Committee ahead of the Affordable Care Act. Alden has authored key publications on healthcare reform and served as chair of the Bloomberg Tax Compensation Planning Journal Advisory Board. In 2023, he received the Bloomberg Tax Leonard L.
