Jake Zabkowicz and Jeff Bettinger

Jake Zabkowicz, Hudson RPO Global CEO, is responsible for leading Hudson RPO’s vision, strategy, and execution of its growth plan. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President, Global RPO at Korn Ferry, where he was instrumental in building and growing the firm’s global RPO business during his 10-year tenure. Jeff Bettinger, Hudson RPO Global Chief Administrative Officer, oversees the firm’s administrative and strategic planning and leads the execution of key projects and global expansion initiatives. As a seasoned CHRO and Chief People Officer, he has led the development and implementation of global human resources models, ensuring the alignment of HR strategy with global business strategies for both rapidly growing and established companies.
