Alex Nicoll is the General Counsel and Chief HR Officer for AESSEAL Inc, a member of a global manufacturing group, where he leads both the legal and HR departments in North America. He has handled legal and HR related issues for over 10 years in both the private sector and the military. He is a Marine Corps veteran, having served as a Judge Advocate (JAG) and Company Commander. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College and juris doctor from Louisiana State University.
