Virgin Pulse announced it will join forces with RedBrick Health to form a comprehensive digital-health and engagement company that is expected to be finalized later this year. The companies will merge under the Virgin Pulse name but continue to operate as separate brands.

iCIMS and Ultimate Software have partnered to offer customers platform-to-platform integration between iCIMS’ talent-acquisition software and Ultimate’s suite of HR, payroll and talent-management products. Ultimate Software, meanwhile, teamed up with the Los Angeles Dodgers to address compliance, scaling growth and workforce intelligence. The baseball team will utilize Ultimate Software’s UltiPro tool.

Qualtrics, an enterprise-technology platform, has partnered with IBM to transition clients who currently use IBM Kenexa Employee Voice, Survey Advantage and Survey Enterprise solutions to the Qualtrics Experience Management platform.

HumanaCare, a provider of employee and member health services, recently acquired Tranqool, a virtual-health platform that provides access to mental-health services.

Digital-retirement platform Vestwell recently announced it would partner with Namely to provide a digital, integrated retirement experience for both plan sponsors and employees.

Ceridian HCM Holding Inc. recently released its first public offering of 21 million shares of common stock, which range in price from $19 to $21 per share.

Benevity, a provider of corporate-social-responsibility and purpose-driven, employee-engagement software has acquired Versaic, a grants, donation and sponsorship-management-solutions provider. The development aims to provide companies with broader access to an array of corporate “goodness” initiatives.

Teladoc, a virtual-care platform, has acquired Advance Medical, a company that provides virtual care to customers living outside of the U.S. The move was designed to create a global and comprehensive virtual-care platform.
