Benevity Inc., a software company focused on corporate social responsibility and employee engagement, announced the release of its latest module, Missions. Using a gamified approach, Missions has employees complete activities as a way to adopt new “prosocial behaviors.” The software enables employers to track, measure and reward progress and completion of activities, including toward charitable causes, such as the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, which center on water, waste, emissions, energy and reduced inequalities.
Included in the software are content libraries pre-loaded with relevant content themes, the first of which is Sustainability and Environmental Stewardship. The next will focus on diversity and inclusion and will be available later this year.
Business-product-management solution Promapp released an onboarding and training tool that utilizes the role-based business information already stored in Promapp’s software. This new solution automates the creation of onboarding plans for each new hire within an organization.
Also included in the add-on is a training-record-management dashboard, which contains training records, notifications and attendance reports. Its mobile-device sign-off feature tracks training attendance and process-change acknowledgements. If integrated with Promapp’s improvement and risk add-ons, users have access to training with incident tickets or compliance risk.
Talent-acquisition-solution platform Greenhouse now offers Greenhouse Report Builder, which can create personalized reports that can be saved, scheduled and shared.
Report Builder offers users simplified “drag and drop” options to analyze the most important data sets and includes the ability to track recruiting trends over time and across job functions, as well as talent-pipeline-building activities.
Modis, a staffing company focused on information-technology, engineering and life-sciences industries, has expanded to offer segmented, customized recruiting solutions to national and multinational companies and midsized, regional organizations.
The Enterprise division for large organizations now has new outsourcing and managed-services features, while the Recruitment division offers smaller businesses flexible, boutique support to source niche, in-demand talent. Future plans include further segmenting both divisions to focus on specific industries.
